Most insurers provide contact information in the event of an auto accident or claim on the back of your auto insurance ID card. In most
cases, the same contact info can be used to report a Homeowner's or another kind of personal insurance claim.
The fastest way to start the claims process is to call the insurer directly using the information provided below. Reporting directly to the insurer can cut out a couple of steps as they can confirm coverage, tell you who your adjuster will be, and answer questions about your claim.
The insurer will then quickly notify us as your agent that you've been in an accident or have had another personal insurance (broken windshield, a tree limb falling on your home, etc.) claim.
If you don't have the insurer's contact information available, but know which company you're insured with, here's a partial list of
current (2019) contact information for the insurers we commonly use for Auto, Home and other lines of Personal Insurance. Please have your policy number at hand when calling. (More insurers will be
added to this list as soon as possible.)
